As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and commercially astute professional surveyor to join our team at Associate or Partner level, specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals.
The Role:
This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of occupiers, landlords, and investors. You will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring.
- Negotiating terms and managing disputes.
- Preparing detailed reports and valuation advice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development.
Key Requirements:
- MRICS qualified with a strong background in landlord & tenant work.
- Proven experience in rent reviews and lease renewals across industrial, office and retail sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A strong network and track record of winning work.
