Haslams Surveyors LLP has strengthened its commercial property lease advisory team with the appointment of Chris Gilbertson as a partner.
Chris will work alongside partner Stephen Holt, advising a wide range of clients – including property funds, property companies, local authorities, major corporates and regional occupiers and investors – on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and property acquisitions.

He joins from a major London-based international surveying practice, where he was a senior associate. He has over 11 years’ experience and has advised occupiers such as Pizza Express, TG Jones (formerly WH Smith), Burger King, Costa and Poundland, as well as landlords including Soho Estates and Grosvenor.
Based at Apex Plaza in Reading, Haslams Surveyors is one of the largest independent surveying and commercial property firms in the Thames Valley.
Recent instructions include a range of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears on behalf of Aberdeen, Indurent, UBS, BBC Pension Fund, Picton, LondonMetric, Workspace, The Church in Wales and The Diocese of London.
