The Trade City industrial scheme forms part of Kier’s Reading Gateway mixed-use development.
Kier Property, the development arm of the Kier Group, has secured three new lettings at its Trade City development in Reading.
The 12 unit scheme at Kier’s Reading Gateway mixed-use site has secured ADI, In N’ Out Autocentres and QuickLane Autocentre this winter in Autumn of 2018 with, Kier said, a further three units under offer.
The scheme totals 54,753 sq ft and the latest lettings represent 30% of the development, the under offer units 21%, leaving 26,722 sq ft over six units remaining.
The site is also home to residential, retail and leisure developments.
Leigh Thomas, executive director for Kier Property, commented: “Reading has been a great success story for Kier Property and securing further household names continues to raise the profile of the development and the Trade City brand.”
