Capital and Rental Valuations

The Task

Instructed by two substantial independent Schools to inspect and carry out both capital and rental valuations of the Schools’ estate.

The valuations were required for both insurance and Inland Revenue tax assessment purposes. The number of properties inspected and valued were in excess of 60.

The Outcome

Using the firm’s market knowledge and extensive database of evidence it was possible to produce a separate report for both clients which resulted in the Estate being insured adequately and an agreement reached with the HMRC and District Valuer.
