Stephen joined the partnership in 2011 having previously been a partner at Parkinson Holt, Holt Walters and Chesterton. Stephen specialises in Lease Consultancy (including rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gearing) and Property Acquisitions.
He has been based in the Thames Valley for over 25 years and has acted for a wide variety of clients including property funds, property companies, local authorities, major corporates and regional occupiers and investors.
Recent instructions include negotiating substantial reductions on the various business rates assessments for the University of Aberystwyth, advising Reading Borough Council on the acquisition of their new Civic Offices and re-gearing leases on 83,000 sq ft of warehousing in Reading.
