Chris joined Haslams in 2000 and became a Partner in 2006. He specialises in development land, housing association matters, development appraisals and valuation. His client portfolio includes the University of Reading, local authorities, private schools, housing associations and national house builders. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer.
His recent projects have included:
- The disposal of 146 acres of residential development land on behalf of a consortium of private landowners at Spencers Wood, Reading.
- Viability appraisals on behalf of Reading Borough Council for use as supporting evidence for the Reading Central Area Action Plan.
- Acting as an expert witness in giving development viability evidence at a planning appeal on behalf of the University of Reading.
