Alec joined the partnership in 2023 having previously been Managing Director at Sharps Commercial for over 20-years. His speciality lies with advising clients on all commercial agency matters relating to the acquisition, sale and letting of industrial, warehouse and office premises across the Thames Valley. Alec has been based in Reading since 1994 and through recommendations, built an extensive client base to include institutional property funds such as CBRE Investment Management and Legal & General Investment Management.
He also works closely with private landlords and investors, as well as family property companies including Thames Property Group, Robert Cort Properties and Hillier Group.
