Suttons Business Park owned by Aberdeen Standard Investments are pleased to welcome Thermal Management Solutions, Hutchinson Stop Choc, Automotive Parts Distribution, BCB Service Solutions Limited and Henley Raw Dog Food.
Thermal Management Solutions have leased a 87,000 sq ft industrial unit to support the newly formed operation backed by Cartesian Capital Group and the former Arlington Industries Thermal Management Solutions’ management team. Hutchinson Stop Choc a recognised world leader in the design, manufacture and application of vibration control equipment and systems technology for controlling vibration, mechanical shock and structure-borne noise have leased a newly developed industrial / warehouse unit of 31,150 sq ft. Automotive Parts Distribution and Henley Raw Dog Food leased industrial / warehouse units of approx. 3,500 sq ft and BCB leased 4,500 sq ft to facilitate their expansion plans.

With a number of other lettings in the pipeline, the park will be almost 100% occupied in the coming months.”
Looking ahead, with limited supply in the market once refurbishment completes on Unit 51/52 comprising 26,056 sq ft of industrial / warehouse space with a secure yard, this will be a welcome addition to the market.
