Our Senior Partner, Steven Smith, was invited recently to speak at a prestigious Development Land Conference in London. The Seminar was organised by Gateley LLP a national practice of solicitors specialising in development and property.
Steven’s speech focused on development land and related valuation issues, including the highly topical subject of planning viability, and was presented to a large audience of lawyers, leading developers from the likes of Bovis, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt and Berkeley Group and others.
