Acting on behalf of Interlaken and Willson Developments Ltd, Haslams is pleased to announce the sale of approx. 72 acres of prime residential development land lying to the north of Amen Corner on the edge of Bracknell. The land is bounded by the London Road to the south and the A329 (M) to the west.
The land has planning permission for 380 dwellings, including 95 affordable dwellings, along with accompanying infrastructure, including SANG land, primary School, childrens’ play area and green space. After much interest it has been bought by Bellway Homes.
Haslams remain involved in bringing forward further land at Amen Corner which subject to planning will in due course be released for future residential development as a Phase 2.
