Sytner Group has agreed a 25 year lease on the site, an Audi dealership, which Segro will deliver by spring 2016 with construction work scheduled to begin later this month.
Sytner is relocating from smaller premises in Reading and Slough respectively and will see it increase staff numbers to 127 by 2020.
It will join GeoPost UK at Imperial Way, the courier company having already signed a prelet agreement for a 37,900 sq ft cross-dock parcel delivery centre which was completed in August 2014.
The Imperial Way estate is now fully let.
Haslams & CBRE acted jointly on behalf of Segro, whilst Sytner Group was advised by the Nigel Lawrence Partnership.
