SEGRO Instructs Haslams on Pre-Let Opportunity

Haslams are delighted to have been instructed by SEGRO to market a 7.5 acre site at Imperial Way, Reading for design and build pre lets of up to 185,000 sq.ft.

“Our main focus will be on the warehouse/distribution and industrial markets but have not ruled out other uses at this stage.” commented Neil Seager, partner. The former Premier Foods unit has now been demolished and formal marketing will commence shortly.

As the supply of warehouse / distribution and industrial property in Reading continues to reduce this site is one of very few that can offer warehouse / industrial design and builds. Occupiers specific requirements can also be accommodated to include specific eaves heights, yards sizes, loading arrangements, car parking numbers etc. A good proportion of the second hand stock in Reading and the surrounding area is compromised and unsuitable for certain types of occupiers.
