Roc Search are a growing recruitment consultancy with a head office in serviced offices in Reading town centre. They wanted to move into larger new grade A office space in Reading town centre on a traditional lease.
We were asked to undertake a search of the market for suitable offices space that met the needs of Roc Search. Image and potential room to expand was important to them. A number of options were presented and terms were negotiated on a short list of options. A part floor of The Blade was selected and solicitors instructed. We then ensured the legal process went smoothly and assisted with any further negotiations throughout the legal process. Commercial advice was provided to ensure Roc Searches best interests were covered.
A grade A office was secured on competitive terms within Roc Search’s timescale at 7th Floor The Blade.
