In 2012 we were instructed by clients to manage the promotion of an 80 acre site (at Amen Corner North) through Bracknell Forest Borough Council’s Site Allocation DPD.
We and the client’s project team successfully argued that the site should be allocated within the draft Site Allocation document. That document was adopted and we subsequently submitted a planning application as soon as the site allocation had been confirmed.
