Temenos has signed a new 5 year lease on the 1,350 sq ft suite, joining other major tenants at Waterside Drive including Direct Wines, Hexagon AG, Cohort Plc, Rapid 7, ChargePoint, SCS and Macbeths.

The development is now 95% let. Hicks Baker and Haslams will be marketing the last remaining suite of 3,850 sq ft at THREE Waterside Drive which will be offered as fully fitted, ready-to-occupy space. The quoting rent is £29.75 per sq ft.
