An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Professional Department for a graduate surveyor to undertake a varied role in Valuation and Development.
Haslams is the leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors in the Thames Valley, based within modern open plan offices in Central Reading.
We are seeking a graduate valuation and development surveyor to join our busy professional team. The role on offer is very varied involving the valuation of commercial property and residential development land. The job will also involve a development angle, advising clients of both residential and commercial development land in the Thames Valley and further afield. The successful applicant will be given a good level of responsibility.
We are looking for a personable and ambitious individual keen to progress their career within a friendly and energetic environment. The successful candidate must have excellent client management and organisational skills.
Full support for the APC will be provided within the role.
