Haslams Surveyors LLP have been appointed by European logistics real estate company Logicor as joint letting agent on three multi-let industrial estates, totalling 220,000 sq ft, in Newbury, West Berkshire, expanding their coverage in the Thames Valley industrial market.
The three estates are the 146,000 sq ft Kennetside Industrial Estate, 57,000 sq ft Bone Lane Industrial Estate and 17,000 sq ft Brookway Trading Estate.

“The Newbury industrial sector is well-placed given its connectivity via the M4 and A34 and its close ties to growing markets including Reading, Oxford, Swindon and Basingstoke.
“It provides better value than some of its neighbours to the east albeit like most markets in Berkshire, it is experiencing a shortage of supply which is restricting activity in the town and forcing occupiers to look elsewhere. The Logicor units provide some much-needed relief in this regard.”
Current availability includes a fully refurbished 8,546 sq ft industrial unit on Kennetside Industrial Estate.
