Haslams are delighted to announce that Harry Bevins has been promoted to ‘Associate’ within our Commercial Agency and Development team headed up by partner Neil Seager.
Neil commented; “Harry has been with us three years now. We were delighted to acquire him in 2018 and we are even more so now, seeing how well he performs for both us and our clients, along with the array of attributes that he brings. This recognition is well-deserved. Despite two incredibly challenging years of uncertainty brought by Brexit and the Covid-19 pandemic, his performance and output has remained strong and bucked common trends. Harry has recently been involved in one of the Thames Valley’s largest industrial transactions of recent years with the letting of 135,000 sq. ft. at 135 Theale Logistics Park to Amazon and the sale of over 18 acres of land across two Berkshire sites. Harry is currently involved in the disposal and acquisition of office, industrial and retail premises for clients such as McKay Securities, Northwood Investments, USS, Orchard Street Investments, Berkeley Group and Aberdeen Standard.
