Haslams Marketing First New Industrial Development in Reading for 5 Years

Haslams has recently commenced marketing of the first new industrial development in Reading for 5 years. Access 12, Theale, a scheme comprising 16 industrial / warehouse units from 1,131 sq ft to 25,083 sq ft will be developed during the course of 2013 by a European fund.

Units will be available for sale or to let and will provide much needed supply in a market which is characterised by a lack of quality stock at most size ranges.
