Haslams Advises Roc Search on Blade Acquisition

Roc Search, a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the IT and Engineering Sector have leased 5,500 sq.ft. of office space of “The Blade” development in Reading town centre. Roc Search will move their head office into the 7th floor in January 2013.

Neil Seager, partner at Haslams Chartered Surveyors who advised Roc Search on the acquisition commented: “After a trawl of the market The Blade was selected given the fit with our client’s requirements and future growth aspirations. Conor Roughneen managing director at Roc Search is pleased with the next step in his companies development, and commented: “We have rapid expansion plans for the company over the next five years including opening a European and further regional offices. The company was founded in 2007 from Reading so we have always been keen for the HQ to remain in the town. With this in mind we have been searching for an office in which the HQ can double in size over the next twelve months, and importantly offer our staff a modern and aspirational environment to thrive in.
