A new Halfords Autocentre has opened at the Stadium Trade & Business Park in West Reading.
Landlord Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has let the 7,904sq ft warehouse unit on a new 10-year lease where Halfords has launched an MOT, servicing and repair business. James Ansher, asset manager at Salmon Harvester, said: “This letting is an expression of confidence in Stadium Trade and Business Park and further proof that demand for trade accommodation in West Reading remains high.”
