Acting on behalf of a national house builder client and a College we were instructed to produce a development viability report and valuation founded on a Master Plan proposal to deliver some 3,500 dwellings, commercial estate plus infrastructure, on the edge of a Buckinghamshire town.
Upon the production of the report and valuation we gave expert evidence at the Local Planning Authority’s Examination in Public into the proposed Core Strategy
The site was eventually allocated by the Planning Inspector as being suitable for development as a result of viability having been established.
