The Task

Sale of a 5.5 acre development site with potential for redevelopment to provide 80 dwellings on behalf of Thames Water.

The property was placed on the open market for sale with “un-conditional” and subject to planning offers invited on an informal tender basis.

Bewley Homes Plc was selected as the successful purchaser.

The Outcome

Thames Water and Bewley Homes Plc jointly achieved planning permission for a development of 80 new dwellings on the site and the sale completed at the agreed price
