AEW South East Office Fund has recently purchased Commerce Park and Merlin House, Brunel Road in Theale, West Berkshire. The investment was sold by Theale Estates Ltd. Haslams Surveyors and Bray Fox Smith advised the vendor and AHBN advised the purchaser.
The asset comprises of ten business units totalling 27,000 sq ft across two terraces and is multi let to seven different occupiers, together with Merlin House a 39,206 sq ft two storey detached office fronting Brunel Road which is let primarily as serviced offices.
