Haslams Active in Bracknell industrial market

Haslams have been very active in Bracknell recently selling both Units 1 & 2 The Maple Centre for clients.

We have also let 17,000 sq ft at Unit 1 The Sterling Centre on a 10 year lease with a 5 year break on behalf of pension fund IPIF.

It was pleasing to sell both units at The Maple Centre within a couple of weeks of going to the market, showing once again the strong appetite for freehold properties.
