Adviza – a charity who provide educational, training and careers advice to young people and others – were approximatly 9 months from lease expiry in their current office space in Reading. They wanted to reduce their occupational costs without effecting the quality of the space, and working environment for their staff. It was important that they acquired new space before lease end.
We quickly established that their current landlord was not going to meet their expectation on savings and a move to an alternative property was required. Using their knowledge of the Thames Valley office market a list of potential offices was presented and a short list for viewings agreed.
Terms were negotiated on a number of options and the preferred property selected. We took a ‘hands on’ role in the legal process and ensured that lease completed within the required timescale.
