“We were attracted to Waterside Drive by the quality of the building and the access that it gave us to both the M4 and a local train station as we have a workforce spread across the UK and Europe that need to be able to easily travel to our new location”.
Hicks Baker and Haslams acted for the private landlord; the tenant was represented by Colliers.
The lettings following a refurbishment programme at TWO Waterside Drive which included an upgrade of the building’s reception and common parts.
The development is now fully let but Hicks Baker and Haslams will shortly be marketing a small suite at THREE Waterside Drive which will be reverting to the landlord when the current lease expires next year. The 5,154 sq ft suite will be available in April 2020.
