An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Commercial Agency and Development team for a graduate surveyor.
Haslams is the leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors in the Thames Valley, based within modern open plan offices in Central Reading.
The commercial agency team predominately focus on the office and industrial / warehouse sectors within the Thames Valley. However, for specific client instructions this can be on a national basis. Work will naturally involve considerable interface with clients, developers, occupiers and other agents.
A vacancy exists for a self-motivated property graduate with a desire to fast track their career. They should be ambitious, enthusiastic, have good communication skills (oral and written) and be highly personable.
As part of a highly successful young team you will be integral to the plans for expansion and involved with the disposal of the 1m sq.ft of space currently being marketed for a broad range of clients including a number of the major UK institutions.
Full support for the APC will be provided within the role.
