Letting of Unit 9 Newbury Trade Park. Ideally the unit needed to be let to a good trade counter name to help maintain the Park’s status as a prime trade counter location. This would ensure the current occupiers wanted to remain on the Park and when/if other units became available in the future similar occupiers were attracted. We marketed the unit to include an extensive focus on the trade counter market.
Letting secured to new entrant Yesss Electrical within four months of receiving instructions to market the unit.
